What it does

• Drop a character image + a driver animation video
• The character takes on the driver's movement, frame by frame
• Resolution + speed trade-off: 480p fast, 720p slower
• Optional original audio passthrough

How it works

Anim Replace is for creators who have a character but need them moving — a dance, a fight, a cinematic walk. Provide the character (an image) and the motion you want them performing (a video), and the model retargets the motion onto the new character while preserving identity. Particularly useful for character animation that would otherwise require a full puppeted rig.
