OinkHub provides AI tools for creating images and videos. You own what you create. We don't claim rights to your content and we don't train our models on it. OINKS are virtual credits with no cash value — purchases are final, but we automatically refund OINKS if a generation job fails. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and OinkHub ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the OinkHub platform and services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
